When people talk about "bad" fonts....

You get what you pay for. You pay for a font or pay with your time and labor in fixing a free font. Hopefully They are all not this bad.

Make it lines, ungroup it, then expand all your paths, you'll be all set. Sometimes you've gotta deal w/ goofy fonts.

Use the "ADD To SHAPE" under Path finder in ILL...

or Combine in Flexi

It will remove any overlapping lines.
