where is this black coming from?

Anyone seen this before? I just changed my printhead, but I'm getting a black line going through the colors. It's happening to all the colors now. My print shop is now shut down until I can figure out what the problem is. HELP! HP 335 printer. Thank you.

Figured it out. The maintenance cartridge was full and caking up all the printhead bottoms. My sensor for the maintenance cartridge must have gone bad, because it still says it's "good" with a green light, when apparently it's completely full and needs changed. Swapped out the cartridge, cleaned the printheads and it seems to have fixed the problem. Now I just have a sensor issue to deal with but at least I can print again, just need to check on the cartridge every month now.

Unlikely you do. It's the same sensor that checks your substrate width and if that's working... Likely just one time thing.
