Where to purchase pre-cut banner

I ran across a website last week, but of course didnt write it down. I down 4 x 6 precut banner with grommets. This site offered several different colors and this size run around $12 i think. Help please.

Note sure about that site but LOTS of supplies, Fellers, N. Glantz, ETC... have pre-made banners on rolls and you cut off the size (width) you want. The height is already hemmed/grommet

Ours are produced using a monster of a machine, the size of a semi. And our Endura Banners are as the name suggests, with zero complaints in many year. If yours are 99 times better, I am impressed ;-)
