Hi, I have a UV flatbed printer Erasmart UV A5 that has an epson L800 printhead, I had problems before and had to change the printhead and suction pump, now it seems that white dots come out when printing on clear acrylic, does anyone know what could be happening?
Clarifications:
- Use Acrorip
- They appear in parts of the material where nothing is printed.
- More white dots appear if I select “Mix” or “Medium” in the white drop size instead of “Large” in Acrorip.
- I have already printed on clear acetate and clear adhesive paper and white dots also appear.
- More white dots appear on the part of the material that is closer to the suction station.
Near the suction station there seems to be a lot of white ink splashing.
- I have already checked the height (the printer detects it automatically).
- The nozzle test is generated correctly
- I have noticed that the printhead, even if I clean it manually, is always left with a line of white ink drops.
- Sometimes after printing I see a white drop on the printhead.
- I have manually cleaned the printhead several times to verify that it is not dirt.
- In general it prints well and there is NO white overspray around the text or images.
- When printing on black cardboard there are no white dots.
- In general there are several parts of the printer that have white ink splashes.
- The white splatter does NOT seem to appear on top of the image being printed, only on the rest of the material.
