White thing in sign

Lady calls me - Do you sell the white things for signs? You know the white part. - "plexiglass? How big do you need?" - well the normal size. I think it is about one inch or so thick. - "OK? Does it need lettering or a logo on it?" - No we can handle that ourselves, WHY? DO YOU DO THAT???

Sometimes I feel like hanging up on people....
