Why do my keylines sometimes print and other times don't

This is an issue I have seen for years but never really thought to ask about it. If I plan on hand cutting printed graphics for coro signs, I always put a thin keyline where I want to cut the graphics. I make them about .0015 thick and for the most part they print...but lately my printer will print 2 sides properly and the other two sides nothing. It's not hard to figure it out later, but why does it not print them?

I think you use Flexi/Production Manager... go to the panel tab in PM and on your preview screen just grab the little red box and drag it out slightly on all 4 sides and your keyline won't get clipped off when you print.

That happened to me in VersaWorks, I had to go into "File Format", and set my EPS margin to .01
Fixed it right off the bat.
