Wierd problem - I'm stumped...

Actually, these stickers were designed and printed here.
But I understand where you are coming from...

Just to clarify, I do the maintenence that is suggested on the stickers religiously.

What I had to do to fix the problem was actually REMOVE tha large grey "cap" on the left end of the printer. It's about 12"x12"x8". It has the MUTOH logo on it. In order to do so i had to remove the roll feed holder as well. This allowed me FULL access to the bottom of the print head and the ramps. It was a mess under there. There is NO WAY that can be effectively cleaned without removed that part of the printer housing.
