Wonder woman - Need Help!

Can anybody here make this high res print ready? Its going on a hood of a car. The file is 900 x 630 pixels at 300 dpi.
I need only the woman, no background.
I contacted Vector Doctor, but they said its a job for a photoshop expert.

I actually found it on this page, and on the bottom right of the page it says its 6000 x 4200 pixels. but i have no idea how to get that size image.

I contacted the owner on that site. Hopefully he responds. Or im gonna have to refuse this job, which would suck cuz its a good chunk of change.
