XC540 Issues

bought an XC540 that needed work, replaced a bunch of parts however I'm still hearing air coming from the cyan head. replaced all 12 dampers and all 6 cap tops, also replaced the manifold for the cyan head and there's still an air noise when pulling with a syringe from the cap top. placed the cyan dampers on the magenta side to test if the damper was bad and it pulled perfectly so its not the damper. so I'm thinking that maybe the cap top is not seating properly on the head because i cant explain why there's still air there. Any help would be appreciated

Swap the captops to test.
It could also be a deformed nozzle plate on the cyan head.

swapped and still same issue, leaning towards it being the head then unfortunately

The small black 0-rings can age and burst also
