Y axis size errors

I am having trouble with the output size of my prints.
If i print an image that is 15" left to right and 6" tall it comes out at 15" wide and 5.75" tall

I have printed several images and my Y axis size value is always off???

Is this a setting i can change somewhere

I have flexi 7.6v2 sp2 build 0854

I figured it out. Production manager has a setting called output size compensation where you print out an large L. and measure the vertice and horizontal size and enter it. It auto corrects ant output size distortions.

You could done the X-length Adjustment on the Printer itself as well.
