Get used to it, I'm 30 and look 20. Helps if you dress professionally and communicate clearly but if you're baby-faced it's an uphill battle and always will be. A calm confident demeanor and a strong portfolio makes all the difference.
If you're "only" 20, do you have any plans to enroll in a design school?
