Just to make sure it wasn't the spindle, I changed it to the take up reel. In any case, so far, the change of the rewinder motor part is working, must have been the motor, as the gears look pretty as ever.

Actually the correct part for the 365 is the following B4H70-67066 MEDIA FEED & REWINDER MOTOR SERV HP Latex 335 330 360 365 370 375 Had to replace it a second time... this time it seems like it pulled at the end of a roll and that might have messed up the motor.

If it's a flat surface, I wouldn't be using cast vinyl, but be using uv protection laminate. I'm on the fence with direct uv prints, not as durable as a printed and laminated print, if laminated, you want to make sure the ink is not going to pull out of the substrate. My to go material is...
