Hey guys I need some help please. Am using a Roland SG 540 an all my small prints like labels an so on are abit grainy an not sharp. I did some alignment an all test prints are ok. Large prints are ok but anything small with details just grainy. Can someone help me with this issue please?

ok so the results after some adjustments on the bi-directional it shows up better than it was yesterday. but still need tweaking cause you can still notice it on them small prints. Anything big you wont notice but i'll like to have it sharp so i can do small prints. Gonna do a head soak tomorrow...

Its a Roland SG540. I plan to do a bi-directional alignment test/adjustment in the morning when i get to the office. so ill update on the results.

Print head is set low.. I'll make the adjustments in the morning an see how that goes.

Been getting drop out on the black nozzle in my test print as you can see. an it seem like there is bad alignment with black can someone tell me why thats happening an how i can fix?

Did a manual clean this morning after my post left it for the day an came back to try again an the test print was much better

yea everyone doing virtual service due to covid situation... You think a super clean can make a difference aswell?
