    Opinion Screen-printed shirts - Quality check on aisle 3

    The white wasn't gelled enough before the blue went down and was peeled off from the blue screen. Then went it went through the dryer, it wasn't cured at 320 degrees long enough.     We had a tech come out and replace ours. scan motor & encoder strip. cost about $900.00 including the install. that was a whole lot cheaper than me trying to do it and then call them. food for thought.

    Check to make sure your firmware is up to date. Roland came out with an update I believe last year. that might solve the issue. We have had ours for over 10 years and had an issue when we upgraded the computer it was on and had to reinstall everything from scratch. Hope that helps

    Yes, and you will have to go back to reinstall your previous version until rolland has an update, they are a little slow getting updates out.

    Tell them to get a proportion scale or if you have one let them borrow it might elimate the problem. simple to use.
