Yes, this is printing over the network. I’m dealing with an IT department so this driving me nuts. It seems like a network lag, they say no. Funny this started right after the upgrade to Win10. I requested a separate NIC to be installed on this computer for a direct connection to the Roland.

Anyone here ever cut high intensity material with their cutter? We have a Roland VS-540 that I am cutting everything with( HIPS, EC, vinyl, and engineering grade material). I have to cut 10" numbers for our marine day boards which I hate doing. I can get it to machine cut but then scoring them...

I wouldn't mind finding on of these myself. I'd like to keep the vinyl from hitting the ground.

Roland Service I think your options may be limited in this area. We are in Punta Gorda and use Florida Graphic Supply out of Tampa if we have an issue. There is a company out of Pompano Beach-TyrrellTech you may try using. As to service rates, I guess that is about par for service.

I think that was the problem. We are using a 45 degree blade for the EC film. Cleaned the holder and reset the blade, everything looks good for now....thanks.
