That is actually a pretty good idea, but it is the rear door of the trailer.

The white is the original finish of the aluminum.... so not white, just a mill finish

Are these printed / laminated and then die cut or just regular vinyl cut letters? If regular vinyl cut, then 3M makes a 775 series that is on a clear liner which is really great for weeding small copy. (need to use high tac premask) If they are digitally printed with laminate, then depending...

It is strange as I have the Summa T series 140 and it cuts incredibly well and for the most part accurate.... I might add that what speed are you cutting at and how far apart are your registration marks?

Not a solution for your problem technically, but why not just print all the red or burgundy in large rectangles then put the cutlines within the box, so that if it skews the cut line is still in the colored box.

yes I agree but even my printer computer, which is pretty fast, had a tough time dealing with the delay times of the redraw.
