Wipers were replaced recently but will check to see if something is attached to them. Caps should probably be replaced but last time I checked them out, they were still making good contact and looked pretty clean. Thanks!

There was some ink on the board but I removed the head and cleaned the board. Good think its all pretty much conformal coated or there would have been definitely possible shorts between pins!
