I have same problem in a valuejet mutoh 1614 : no print/ink at all . It was a fuse in motherboardwhit this Referencie: MF5040 fuse 1260FA 750ua For valuejet 1614 . hope it helps

Experts already say everything that is possible to do. but can u tell us what inks you are using, original mutoh or another brand and if the print head is original mutoh or not. good luck

we work on that equipment. see if the light in the room its enougt. sometimes have troubles to find register marks in vinil not opaque,them I put some opaque vinil in the borders of the lines. other possible solution do new register marks in corel. hope thats help

Here how it goes. with the knowledge and validation of the official mutoh dealer I bought the printhead from digisupliers, Official mutoh dealer installed digisupliers printhead and exchanged old outdated mutoh OEM inks for new new MUtoh OEM inks. without telling me you installed the new inks...
