Makes sense. Unfortunately I just replaced the optimizer printhead and I'm still getting the issue. All our other printheads are under 900 ml used so I doubt they could be the culprits. When you hjad your issue was it just fuzziness along a horizontal band every so often or was it consistent...

Happens even if attached to take-up reel. Would make sense if the issue was the feed mechanism, but not too sure how to assess that.

Hello, I've cleaned my OMAS lense, replaced an expired printhead and made sure the substrate is not lifting up at the beginning. No change in in the issue. Any other ideas? Thanks.

Hi yes that is exactly what happens. I'll try cleaning my OMAS lense. Never done that before. Substrate does not appear to be lifting up though.
