Could you create a new profile with a higher saturation level to mimic the double-print? We have an HP360 too but on our Roland we can overprint 2 or even 3 times.

I think I figured it out. The heat settings in the default profile were set to 230C, I bumped up to 241C and added an interpass delay. The streaking was so feint you could barely see it coming off the printer but it was more noticeable after being packed tight on the take up core and unrolled...

We print the colour bands to the left side of almost every print that we do on our HP360. Not sure if it is related to this but we have had hardly any colour drop out issues since we started doing this, before we had issues with magenta acting up. It helps runs the other colours a little.

How did it turn out? I just ran a test and found that the image is very feint (I guess the ink soaks into the paper) and it's quite smelly. Other than that it did cure properly however.
