This does look like a media gap (bi-directional) adjustment is needed. You can test that theory by printing in Uni-Direction. If the problem goes away, then you are on the right track. One thing - you may need to do a Detail Adjustment, which checks the calibration for all colors, not just black.

This is true - but typically will only cause the color with the cracked manifold to stop working, not the entire print head. Also, this is not as common on the EcoSol configurations as it is on UV printers. But would be worth checking if nothing else is working.
