Hey Peter, Thanks for responding. The printer was purchased new and we have only been printing since late June of this year. I tried using a vector file that printed without issues as recommended by @balstestrat. However, this is not an option because clients will always send JPEGs.

Oh, wow. I was trying to print a JPEG exported from Adobe Illustrator. Do you have any suggestions how I can fix the issue?

Hey Balstestrat, thanks for responding. Yes, I actually use the SAI Flexi print and cut. I also tried using only the production manager which actually went further in the print job without error but the problem came eventually.
