Does anyone have any insight in to who could create a tough graphic for me? This is beyond my scope of Adobe Illustrator at the moment!

Below you will see a customers wants and then what I have so far. This design on his car was custom painted and since the wreck he wants it replaced but no painter is able to do it. Any suggestions? Even if i can send it to someone who can generate this would be great! TIA
