So... replaced a maintenance station? If so... used a factory one, or bought an aftermarket one? Experience, price, etc? It's time on our 1304, and been debating which way go.

Just started happening today.... I've cleaned around the maintenance station, the wiper and the ramps next to the print head. It's improved, but once I start printing, after 5-12" I start getting black droplets on the print, or some darker lines in the print. Picture is below with 2 drops...

Is there a way to move the Registration Marks further outside the print then the standard distance? I'm doing a contour cut/print job on clear, but the clear needs to be faced with a solid color vinyl BEFORE the contour cut job. If I can move the alignment marks far enough away from the...

First one (Xterra) we just installed for a national account... was 180CV3 (ick!) and provided as 15' horizontal panels (for the sides of course) Second we designed, produced, etc. using 3751RA (lovely!) On the 2012 F150.

Yup... usually, when something like this happens, I can print a 12"x50" block of whatever color is off (CMY or K in Photoshop) a time or two and it flushes and is fine. However, I've done that 3 times now, and no change in color. Ideas?

Does anyone out there do a single 1 off braille and painted sign? Looking for someone to help with this. Something like the attached image for example.

I have a client looking for something in the 8x10 to 10x12 size for a yard alarm sign. Curious what the most cost effective substrate and stake options are in your opinion. He only wants roughly 25 or so this time around.

Did some matte black graphics on a yellow 2010 Camaro this morning. WrapCut made it easier and a more professional finish. Not the best... but some pictures below.

Anyone know of a decent light weight material similar to the Neschen Calypso Breeze Satin fabric? That product is a 3.5 oz 100% polyester, but our main criteria is weight, then print quality. That or if you know of a great deal on this product, let me know that too :wink:

Okay... don't expect to be blown away or anything. :wink: Just got tired of our small "office organizer" we used on our cart in the shop and figured I'd take advantage of some down time and some extra coroplast and throw together this little organizer :tongue:
