Starting today for some reason the production manager on my flexi (7v6.2) will not send contour cut jobs. It will send the print file, it will send regular cut files, but will not send contour cut jobs. When I hit send its like I am hitting a dummie/fake button....Please help!

So as of a few hours ago on any and all files I am sending the print seems to walk off to the right. It will print fine and then just suddenly start walking about an 1/8" with each pass, and then it will go back to place... and then do it again a few feet again. Any ideas to how or why this is...

I have a Graphtec 7000, and got 3M 3400 and thought I would cut it for a sign (letters) well not realizing that it was 16mil *I think*... my plotter won't cut all the way through... is there anything I can do to make it push down more?

I am hoping you guys can help me. I have a mimaki JV3-130SP II Whenever I print on a 4pass it prints okay, but with banding. When I goto print on an 8 pass, it prints with a hue of purple... same image on both prints and I am at my whits ends.
