Did the vinyl glue come in contact of the nozzle plate? If so, you need to clean of all the glue on the nozzle plate and from wipes or it will smears around and make you life miserable.

I find the bulletin of the degasser and it was only for 400, 550 and 600 series. Your machine must have the degasser system working.

Cleaning your grit rollers with wire brush is a bad idea. You will damage your grit rollers and get very costly repairs. Believe me I have been at customer done this on their Summa cutters. You will loosen the edge and grip on you’re grit rollers if you brush it with wire brush. That’s is very bad.

Did you get this problem first time after a restart and no problems before?? A wild guess is your FireWire cable in the machine is bad. Quite easy to rule out if so.

Did your tech check the transistors on the board? It’s very common it’s a short circuit in them and it will blow your fuse.
