Go to Home Depot or Lowes and get a quart of Penitrol. It is a fiberglass conditioner. Apply it as directed. The vinyl will stick just fine.

I figured it out. After I click on contour cut I have to seperate the contour cut. That lets the printer cut the outline of the letter and the shadow without cutting each of them seperately. But thanks for the help. I am indebted to all of you.

Yes I get the red marching ants, and they are marching where I do not want to cut. Yes this is something new. It use to cut around the shadow and the letter and not seperate them. I am using Flexi Pro and importing into VersaWorks.

When I apply the contour cut it cuts the entire outline of the shadow and the entire outline of the letter. I just started doing this. I want it to cut around the outside of the letter and the shadow, but I can't figure out how to make it do that. I feel like I am flipping out or...

I sew banner with a home machine. I use a needle designed for leather. I get them at JOANNE FABRICS. I use a nylon thread. It works great.

I got this issue straigntened out finally. It was my router. Somehow it lost its ITP setting.

Something has gone wrong with my system. When I try to open Flexi I get this message - "Application Requires A Hardware Key to be Installed, but none was found." What's up with that? Has anyone had this problem? Need HELP. Have a ton of printing to do and can't get at it.
