Looks like the media isn't all the way flat on the left edge. Does it do it consistently through out the roll or randomly? Check and make sure the vaccum is working when the machine is printing. If it's the media then raise the print heads and see what that does.

Print some floor graphics with "Employees only beyond this point". That should do the trick.

Grimco bought acm maker alupanel and their material has just been fantastic. We’ve gone through several hundred sheets with no issues.

You have to have a separate layer in your file to be able to print white. Onyx has some videos on YouTube to help with white ink file setup.

It’s just dirt or small pieces of acrylic left over after they are routed. They need to blown off or brushed before they go in the printer.

I would suggest buying foamcore in bulk/25 sheets per case. It comes from the factory nice and clean…if you’re buying a few sheets here and there you will always have fingerprint issues or random markers showing up on prints.

Sounds like a bad/dirty encoder strip or encoder strip sensor.

The shop vac is only for the print head purge at the cleaning station. Nothing to do with the vacuum table.
