In a week I don’t see hardly any product not removing cleanly. I’d use some cheap calendar film....... it’s a week. At the very best I’d use ij40c Why waste money/profit on a job that doesn’t need expensive material.

Since its a Calender film its not going to like too much heat, so raising the interpass delay will slow the speed down and allow more time under the heaters to dry. You can take a heat gun to it when its between the heaters and the take up reel to dry those "greasy" spots. On the cheaper films...

Why not try the 180mc-10?? its the newer version 180.... I went from 180cv3 and haven't looked back it has a better air release pattern IMO installs very similar to the Avery 1105. I know on my Mimaki eco solvent the 3m ij180cv3 profile worked the best on the Avery 1105...….. Heck that profile...

Well as you can see I ran the printhead test plot, as for the cleaning I ran two to no improvement, and the printer says printheads are all ok. Ive ordered new printheads, so I will replace the bad one and have extras for when the others fail....

I’d bet dollars to donuts that it’s from not enough pressure when applied. I find I need to really push hard on the squeegee to avoid this. Using a big squeegee and doing a quick lay down with air egress vinyl this is your problem. Next time you lay one down with the big squeegee go over it...

What you can try is running a lower heat setting and a higher inter pass delay, that way the ink has more time under the heaters but less heat to make it tunnel. This works well on prints that don't have a lot of heavy ink useage, but if its a black background it usually wont dry the ink enough.
