When printing with my XC-540, in the print, laminate, cut mode..............do most people turn there heater settings OFF, before completing there final contour cutting..............some say NO, some say YES...............what do you do..................thanks :cool1:

Laminator I would contact the seller, sounds like the item description did not match the item, any laminate rolls are VERY EXPENSIVE to replace:banghead:................good luck

I have much more banning issues with flexi, than I do with VW's.............

when I assign a contour cut to a printed decal, with a .03 setting, Roland XC-540 machine, it does not register with equal spacing around the decal, service rep was here within the week to fix it, changed the calbration with the eye, it was alright, on the button, with the:clapping: print...

When I receive a new roll of media, I triangle cut a straight edge, before I do anything, but I started to have a tracking issue, cleaned & replaced outer rollers, and still have problems shifting, somewhere when I am running about 8' or more of media, it is shifting, anyone else encountering...
