That's a tuff one, your best bet is to find a local printer that will print on dayglow yellow card stock. The big wholesale printers are strictly CMYK as far as I have ever found.

There are specialty films made for specialty fabrics, I would look at the blend and then see if there is a material that will work for that fabric.

What if you get it home and it doesn't work? Unless the price is low enough that you can eat it if it doesn't work i would not buy it without testing it.
