well if you look at numbers on the print that will correspond with printhead

another check for you...that will throw up 86 and 96 error.....check the teeth on the carriage belt...yes...it can move over to one side...but if teeth on belt have "shredded" off then motor cant drive at speed..

thats the print from when you change printheads...go into menu...image quality...print all test plots

did you remove the network cable from printer and delete anything in print queue?... then try restarting... turn off at back and remove power leads wait few minutes then replug and turn power on at front panel
