95% of everything that we print is at the standard 720x720. Bump up the head speed if you need a little more sq/ft per hour but watch for banding. Otherwise there is very little difference to the common consumer.

In my experience, you can use a hard squeege just the same as a putty knife. Whatever lets you apply the most pressure to get it to stick. Using the windex works, just let if dry completely before using it or nothing will stick. I have yet to use the low tack, just won't hold anything...

What cut / RIP software are you using? I had this problem when I first purchased my FC5100-130 using Flexi and had it auto print the registration marks. You may not be having the same problem.

Yes, I just installed 7.6v1 this week and had 7.5v5 on previously. Didn't have any problems with the earlier version.

Hi All. My problem is that when polling my FC5100-130 (54" Graphtec) plotter, the numbers come back for the width 1 decimal place off. Example, the cutter will say that the media is 22.3 in wide but when polling the software says 2.230 in wide. Any idea why this is? Thanks, Corey<!-- / message -->
