If for some reason you find out you need a main board I have a brand new one for $1,000. It was not the problem with my machine and Mutoh will not take it back.

I called tech support and they said the driver may have been damaged. They were great and emailed me a new driver and install went fine.

I had to take our new computer into the computer doc so now I am trying to install Flexi on our older computer and it keeps telling me it cannot find the security key that matches the password? It was working fine yesterday on the other computer. Any ideas?

My 1204 has the data light on. The green power light does'nt come on. No fan running either. Fuses all look ok. ???? Any ideas? Thanks, Tracy

We have a FC-8000 and cannot get the speed to hold in the cutter? We are using Flexi 10.5. Is Flexi over riding the cutter? If so how do we set it in Flexi?

The 1204 is working fine but when it's done printing I keep getting Life Times (PF Motor) code. I have never seen this before. Any suggestions? Thanks, Tracy

I'm just using the rip in Flexi 10.5. A friend of mine just gave me an RGB. R180, G21, B53. Prints really nice.

I keep struggling to get a nice deep red to print on white reflective. I have a 1324 Valuejet. Most reds look orange or maroon? We just need to print a basic stop sign red color. Thanks, Tracy

Mutoh Well, our local dealer Hyatt's matched the the Fellers price so I went with them. I am keeping my old 1204a so we are going to need help with that one and they have givin me good tech support before. Thaks for the help! Tracy

1324 I just got a quote from Fellers. Real good price. They will drop $1,255.05 off the price if I don't take the Flexi v10 & Plus Print. We have Flexi 10 already. I like to buy local but I sure can't leave a grand on the table.

Looking into a new 1324 ValuJet. The price I'm getting is $14,995.00 and I will get a $1,000.00 rebate check after the sale. It seems like a decent deal? Just need a little reasurance on the price. Thanks!

I have a 1204 Mutoh ValueJet. I have been printing alot of solid black backrounds. The black is now banding bad. I did a head wash. And the nozzle check is still showing alot of breaks in the pattern. I dont know if I should order a new head or try another method of cleaning? Thanks, Tracy

I am ready to upgrade to Flexi 10 and have heard there is problems between Flexi 10 and the Valuejet 1204? Anyone heard of such problems?
