    can't answer for flexi - magic wand, but you almost never get a nice vector path made from a photoshop magic wand selection. cut your own new, clean path with the pen tool and be done!

    - select your sentence w/ text tool - in top toolbar click on warp text tool or select under file menu / layer / type / warp - change shape to wave - click ok you could also place your photo in illustrator, draw a path w/ pen tool, and use the text on a path tool to get your text to follow...

    alternately i've sent .ai files to someone w/ corel and they were able to open and the spot colors held. i had to export down to ai.8 though.

    i've had corel files exported as .ai files and they open in .ai fine and hold the spot color. for whatever reason there seem to be multiple blacks in corel that I'm always merging into one Black printing plate. other than that it seems to work ok.

    actually you did have this problem before... http://signs101.com/forums/showthread.php?t=48642 and it was using a template from 4over that time too. i was able to duplicate your problem then... which is the same fix as 3dsignco notes in his post here today.
