+1000 Been cutting MX materials for years with them.

I never do a double cut through Versaworks, as the cut line can be off slightly. But you can add 2 cut lines in the file if needed.

slow the speed down & force up. 6 & 275 is what we run. We do 10 to 30 MX kits a week on our Sp300v. and ALWAYS use 12(convex) to 15mil(Substance) over lam. 60deg Clean cut blades also.

Convex, Substance, Arlon DPF8000 for the base & Convex or Substance for the overlam.

We use our MX grade materials for them.

Been printing both Convex & Substance for years on my Roland. Use the Matte base. Matt @ Substance is a good dude. Tell him I sent ya his way.

on CS5, I have to hit the "expand" after making a compond shap.

What settings are you guys using for PERF cuts on basic vinyl with overlam?

I've seen it several times. He turns a lot heads in the pits. Not your standard MX kit for sure.

+1, I use a Linux boot disc that has several programs for issues like this.
