    USPS online tracking is only proof of shipment & receipt. If you call USPS, they can track it with an internal system more like UPS.

    210 is one of the easiest to use with the BS. Use one hand to pull the backing off & the other to move the BS.

    I have had better luck with them(USPS) than UPS or FedEx. I can tell when UPS is here by the loud thud by the front door. AKA: the package hitting the ground

    I have a 38" solo as well, with very few issues with prints off my 30" Roland. As for long runs. I've ran a complete roll(150') of material through at one time. It was off about 1.5" inces at the end.

    Templates are the key. Very few "for sale" sets are any good. Get them from a trusted source or do your own.

    No, Versaworks is only for Roland products. You will need the free software from Summa, or you can use Flexi, CoCut or some others. Contact Summa Phil on this board. He can get you set up.

    Graphtec would be my last choice. Just search on REG mark issues & Worst service in the industry! We use both a Summa 75t & our Roland300v all day long for cutting MX graphics.
