    I use MAX Impact most of the time and 99% of my files are RGB. Using the Roland colors, it doesn't seem to matter RGB or CMYK. I get the same black, reds, etc.... But, I can send JPG's that look better than CMYK files.

    Summa Printer tools has a Plug-in for ILL & Corel to add the marks. ILL plugin was in the last release and works very well.

    Local firewall on the PC can cause the issue as well. 64bit install was my issue. You may also look at FLEXI issues, as CM is a scaled down version of Flexi for Graphtec.

    Could be the vinyl has a flat spot there where it was laying on it's side???? Does it go away or get closer as the roll is used?

    FYI: fonts on CS5 are in the windows-> fonts DIR, not common files->adobe->fonts DIR like CS#.(and must be INSTALLED) A PAIN, as then all programs see the fonts, not just ADOBE.

    Most of the bigger Heli's use fiberglass, I use a MX type of base materials for the bodies.

    Most RC bodies are policarb. Standard wrap vinyl won't stick very well to it.
