    roll it up tight, print side out and let it sit for a day or so in a warm room.

    Clean cut here as well.... I go though A LOT of blades doing 22+mil mateial. Only issue with Clean Cut.... no Summa T blades... :-( GREAT guy to talk with, he went as far as to recomend a place to get the T blades...

    I do smaller 2'x2' all the time. I reverse print on Oracal 210G clear. Apply it to the plexi via WET method using a BS. Then apply oracal 651 white over the clear. You can even print and lam the 651 for a 2 sided graphic as well.
