    around 30mil was the thickest I cut.

    Crop marks will print without any cut line info in the artwork. If you print a JPG and the box is checked, you will get crop marks.

    Slow it down. I run my Roland SP300V at: Speed: 2 Downforce: 275 I also try and keep the sheet length to less than 60"

    We use Oracal 631 all the time for paint mask. As far as stencil material. I use the clear backing from 3m 8519 overlam. It's rigid but thin.

    Same here. There are MANY post of the same Graphtec issues on this forum alone. Graphtec support takes DAYS to call back. The factory or the vendor could not solve the issues. Keep up with the same thing. My PC was the issue. I went through 4 PC's to solve the issue with just base OS's...

    The install is strange with 64bit. I did get it to work, but don't remember the process... Sold the Graphtec due to the GREAT customer support.(or lack of) Summa answers the everytime!

    The Roland color is about as close as you will get. It matches the factory KTM graphics VERY well. I do about 3-4 sets of KTM graphics a week. No complaints yet.

    I've had several Graphtecs(3000, 5000 & 7000 series) and now own a Summa 75T. Hands down the Summa is the best cutter I've ever used. However, I do like Cut Master batter than the Summa plugin. Summa support is also MUCH better. Graphhtec, you fell lucky to get a call back a day or 2...
