    Inspect the pinch roller frames for cracks... It can happen. Also, I'm assuming you've don't the crop cut alignments? How long is the print? I only do a yard at a time of grouped decals.

    Does the D60 show up in your Device Manager? Press the the 'WINDOWS' and 'X' KEY together and click 'Device Manager' and look under USB Controllers. (The cutter needs to be turned on)

    I put in little spacers made from cereal boxes, but I've seen someone make a full out support stand.

    440's work just fine. I've used OEM, Marabu and RiteMedia carts. The "ink levels" in VW won't be accurate, but it doesn't really matter :)

    I figured it out, I just unplugged the ink pump motors and slapped some lam over the ink cart chips :) Fun stuff!
