I don't think you can ever be "forced" to upgrade. But I would recommend it if you can swing it - it's such a nice UI. I always hated the ultra flat Win10 UI.

I ran a BN-20 with 440 carts, and it's fine. When the ink gets low, the tab will pop out and then you know you really need a new cart. As far as the waste tank goes, that's something you can take apart and refill with anything absorbent. There some good threads about that on it on the Googs ;)

Ah yeah, I had to redo my power settings, but more annoying was having to find and adjust the Detail and List spacing "leading" setting, lol!

I just upgraded a recent install (one month) of Win10 on my general use hp14 i5 laptop and I gotta say, I'm diggin' it! Doesn't seem to run any slower, and it just looks and feels so much better! I Sure did NOT like my doc in the middle though! Only certain people like that ;)

I'd try to get a lam approved under UL 410 regulation for slip-resistance for Floor Graphic Materials... but they all might be these days. Best to check the spec sheets. I know the Arlon 3420 calendared lam is slip rated ;)
