    Hey guys, I am getting some creasing on my vinyl for the lamination. My tension seems good, the vinyl has no creasing prior to entering the laminator. The laminate also appears to go through the rollers without any creasing. This laminator is 4 weeks old. Any ideas ?

    Thanks for your response. Isnt that the reason why we have a cutting strip ? Do you know if gouges in the strip will hurt anything? What do you think is a good optimal pressure for the perf cuts ? I will definitely play with the depth, thanks for the heads up.
