I have a vinyl Express q130 cutter that stop connecting to the computer. I get the USB checked and it is good. The cutter do everything like test cut and move like normal but when I plug it in I am not hearing when it connect. Any help? Also anyone know how to connect with the RS -232c port?

Hi I change the dampers and cap top and also change the printhead and it still printing without magenta and yellow even with the new printhead

I have a 1614 printer.. it was printing good but now the magenta and yellow stop printing.when I do a nozzle test. When I do a clean I can see magenta in the cap top so ink it coming through the print head but still no nozzle test. Any help? I think it could be dampers or print head?

Hi yes it say 110v-240v on the same said sticker at the back. So i can put a 110 power cord and it would work without having the change the power board?

I bought some printers vj1204, vj1304 and vj1614 mutoh from the united kingdom which have 220 plug ends. where i live use 110 plug. Would i have to install 220 volts or can i change the power cord and it will work? Would i have to change the power board on the machines?

HI i was printing on my vj1204 and then the printer stop and give me error 86 head ovp. The manual say it is a abnormal condition in head driver. I change the cables and it still give the error. Printer is about a year old, good nozzle test. what could be the cause?

Yes i can feel the heat when i touch them, sometimes i leave it for 20 mins or more and it still don't start. Before it wouldn't take so long to start printing .
