Is there away I can check for both the misfire and humidity?

I am getting a fuzzy lines with any blue or black print. I was told the CR cables or the printhead is failing. Any ideas?

I am trying to get the headrank code on my vj1204 printhead. I can't see some of the numbers or letters. I am putting back in the head as i had it soaking. Can i put it back in without putting in the code? I was using another head so i soak the head i am trying to put back in.

yes they do and i have been talking to them about it but what they telling me it isn't working. I am here looking to get the original station as i am not getting suction and i am dropping nozzles when i do a clean. i need something to work.

My vj1204 is missing nozzle in my black. How can i get it back? I was thinking it can be the cap top not sitting good but the other colours is good. What i should do?

i was printing a job and it was missing yellow, so i did a nozzle test and one channel of yellow didn't print. so i check the damper and it was empty so i pull with the syringe and it came into the damper, set back up and it clean now all the colours are missing. I did cleans and still nothing...

when i send a job it is printing a black line at the beginning and the end of the image. Also the print head is moving the full width of the media, how can i get it to just print where the image is?
