You probably installed Flexi Cloud alongside Flexi 10. If you have run Flexi 10 (whether it's closed or still running) and haven't logged out of Winodws since then, Flexi 10's license manager won't release the access to the dongle key. What you need to do is to run a new program called License...

Hiding the cloud panel doesn't terminate the module. It's still in the memory. You can completely disable it by adding the following line to hosts file (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts). Of course you need administrator privilege to save the file. 127.0.0.1 fxweb.herokuapp.com
