3rd party? Does anyone use 3rd party inks for colorspan 72uvr printers?

Hello, we just purchased a colorspan 72uvr. does anyone know how to get around the profiler chip so you can use 3rd party inks? thanks so much Skye

I am looking for suppliers of used wide format equipment. Preferable a flatbed. Here in Ontario, Canada I cannot seem to find much of anything. I am not afraid of purchasing across the boarder just not the ocean. If anyone has websites that would be great. thanks Skye

spray try a super frog clear spray. let me know how that works. Skye

Oracal the oracal tech guy told us if it is a dark solid to let sit before cutting 48-72 hrs. Avery's 6mil wall film is better. has more adhesive.

do you ever get the WaVe i have been seeing? where the head would touch the media on the high spots of the WaVe.

mounting When i print/mount/laminated to styrene i can never get the images to line up great. what do you think i might be doing wrong? skye gabagoo (it says under your name you are in Vaughan Ontario.

down the street Not far from you. You can buy from All Graphic Supplies, Proveer. i bought medium to high grade. not the cheapest (Ultraflexx makes some)

Roller those rollers are thicker in the middle. be sure to laminate/mount in the middle so you have an even amount of space on either side. let me know if this helps. Skye

Roland Eco solvent we are just using a roland eco solvent printer. Yes they do make styrene on rolls that you can print on. we are getting a WaVe in the material when printing and i am afraid the head will hit. any suggestions would be great.

pinch roller i tried all 5 pinch rollers and then just two on outside and last try was 2 outside and one in the middle. what works for you? also do you print at high quality or standard? thanks a lot skye
