I'm in the process of building a new table now myself. I'm leaning toward using MDF. I'm going with 18' long, but doing it as an 8' table and a separte 8' table that's 2' away. When I need the full 18' I can put a 2' insert down to bridge the gap, but it will allow me to not have to walk...
+1 I had similar issues with my RS laminator. I found that decreasing the tension worked for me, but it took quite a bit of wasted laminate to get it dialed in correctly.
Okay... here's how I do it. Have the main power to the machine on, but the front panel shut off. Then go:
V, >, <, ^, >, V, < then Hold all at once (<,>,V + Front Panel Power)

If the code isn't typed in the correct sequence you'll get that message.

Clamp the hose under the cap with a paper clamp. Put some cleaning solution into the cap until it's full and let the head come to rest on top. Let it sit for a couple of hours and it should clean out anything that's dried and blocked.
