The basic printers won't do for exterior stuff as they are heat and uv sensitive without more work. I would not trust most 3d printed stuff inside a car and after a year of just being in the sun most are brittle. You would have to research into the high end machines.
I just looked at your photo, how are the black strips looking on the platen? If they are not perfectly flat I would replace them. I would get issues like that from time to time and then noticed that the strikes lined up with the black strips that seal the air gaps on the platen. Changed a few...
On a similar note back when I was at O.Max. we would consistently get low res images and would tell people to give us the native and or a 300DPI+ image. 99% of the time thy went o photoshop just to resample the image to 300. Never ceases to amaze me how much people know or the lack of knowing.
That is honestly on of the few stocks I have not had a problem with yet. Vacuum of 42 on my Latex 360 with zero interpass, 8-10p depending on item with side guides. Some of our stocks are into a year+ of storage age on static.
I leave a roll of vinyl matte on a rod at all times, obviously I need to reinstall when shot and most other rolls I try and grab by the core only or lift over the shoulder an grab by the core. I am used to hauling two sacks of grain (25Kg ea.) from my previous job. We have 2 latex machines but...
I will let you know hopefully in a few days. Trying to inventory all of our rolls and also figure out what they are. Someone threw away all our T's with stock info.......
Yes, but blatantly hate it. The rules are a PITA and they keep changing them and half the people there can't help. :) We do at least a few a month, postcards to crazy stuffed envelopes.
They are beyond specific, do not go outside of the templates AT ALL! They have specific placements for things...
All of the time. This is my second go around in the printing industry and everyday this happens. This time I do mostly LF vinyl work with install, which is new to me as I used to only print posters on LF or 11x17 max size. I am always shocked when people say the love the work and I'm going in my...
This machine will be the death of me. I had one running fine before a move. After a move 90% of the profiles I created would no longer work. Many many more issues on my end, lots color related. I have two on site and one I have labeled as indefinitely down. At some point I will start a thread...
There is a chance I have them hiding in my folder of fonts at home but to be honest, it's over 16,000 files and I haven't gone through them in forever and do not have a good way of browsing them.
