We also do not charge for site visits if the visit is within our metro......our sales reps are usually driving all of metro everyday. Outside of what we call metro (25 miles) we do charge a hourly rate. Most times we do a site visit only after we have been awarded the job and have our 50% deposit.
Sure I can wrap blindfolded.....but why would I. Who practices this stuff ? Justin came to our shop years ago and put on a clinic for our installers....he must have too much time on his hands :P
I cannot identify the specific brand. You may have to replace all three. Mustang or Pizazz mono mounts. Any sign supply store will carry these.

We have 6 sign shops in a 1 mile radius. We always try to give the customers options when providing renderings/proofs. Kind of a bronze, silver gold package with the features and benefits of each. We started taking this approach after loosing jobs to competitors that are supplying...
Architects and interior designers can be the worst to deal with. Sometimes a conversation is needed to inform them that the material with not allow he process they are asking for.
I kid you not. I had an interior designer call for "clear aluminum halo lit push thru". WTF? LOL
Proof proof and re-proof all shop drawings. Make sure they sign and date everything and over charge for all the hassles and last minute changes and site visits. We all have the "never happy" customer.
Do you by chance belong to a sign association? They can provide most specs and engineered drawings for flag mounts, awnings, cradles, wind loads, anchoring systems etc.. you purchase the stamps with your yearly registration fee for the upcoming year. I am not sure if this helps you on this...
I would agree. At that height the seams would be unnoticeable or insignificant. I would also show each seam in your rendering or proof so your customer is aware upfront of what they will receiving as a final product.
